Items that Assist with Heists

📞 Recon Hotline Connection:
Get this item from the Blind Man, the Black Market, Shifty Underground, or the Wasteland.
🔸 Call this special number to receive information about your current reconnaissance target. Keep in mind that the voice on the other end of the line doesn't appreciate you calling too often.
🔹 Can only use this item 5 times per week (5 times total per crew).
🔹 5 minute cool down.

💨 Shinobi Smoke Bomb:
Get this item from Special Credit Packages or from the World Trade Forum.
🔸 This item will randomly be automatically used when your crew is trying to escape from the police after the alarm has been raised during your heist.
🔹 This item will only work in saving the item holder from the police and not the entire crew.
🔹 The chances are low and it usually works only for the person who is not leading the heist.
🔹 5 uses.

🗺️ Heist Blueprint:
Get this item from Special Credit Packages or the World Trade Forum.
🔸 One use of this item will give you 100% of your heist reconnaissance on your target.
🔹 You will have 100% of the recon completed, but you will have no knowledge of the obstacles and if you have more than one person in your crew, each crew member will have to use a blueprint use to be able to also have 100% recon.
🔹 This item has five uses and has a cool down of seven days.

:sleuth_or_spy: Cleaner Calling Card:
Get this item from Special Credit Packages or the World Trade Forum.
🔸 This item will remove your wanted status from the city in which you're currently located.
🔹 This item only works for the item holder and not the entire crew and you will be charged a small fee every time that you use it.
🔹 This item has 5 uses.
🔹 Cost per use is 10,000.00 M$

🔹 Gives a random card of any type.
🔹 Cool down is 7 days
🔹 5 uses

♦️ Blind Man's Hand:
🔹 Gives a random card of any type.
🔹 Cool down is 24 hours.
🔹 Non-tradable
🔹 15 uses

♣️ Discarded ___ Cards:
🔹 Types available: Mo' Marbles, Penguin, Plan C, Signature, Simmer Down, Bleep Da Police.
🔹 Gives 1 card per use
🔹 Each pile has 5 uses
🔹 No cool down

Miscellaneous

📡 Jammer:
Get this item from the Special Crime Items section on the Credit Items page.
🔸 This item increases the chance of escaping the long arm of the law in high speed pursuits between cities. It's yours to keep and you can use it in all your vehicles as long as you carry it with you.
🔹 This item will not help you escape from heists.

📻 Police Radio:
Get this item from the Special Crime Items section on the Credit Items page.
🔸 Use this item when interacting with a criminal and the police will be alerted to the presence of the criminal.
🔹 If the criminal is wanted, it will fasten the police procedure to find and arrest them.
🔹 The criminal will get a notification that he's been snitched to the police whether he's wanted or not.
🔹 Can only be used once every couple of hours.

🚗 Spike Strip:
Get this item from the Special Crime Items section of the Credit Products.
🔸Drop one of these deadly tire shredders directly behind your vehicle to take care of persistent motorway patrols.
🔹 This item can only be used once and is not helpful for heists. It is to be used when trying to escape from one city to another.

⏰ Silent Burglar Alarm:
🔹 Used as a protection from PVP criminals breaking into your house (if you're also a PVP player).
