How it works
To collect cards you need the Cartophilist's Album. Cards can be added to your album by opening your album and clicking the pin icon from there. This consumes the card, and it can never be taken out again.

At the time of writing there are 3 different collections available ("Infamous Villains", "Legendary Adventurers" and "Popmundo Triads"). Each completed collection awards the character with an achievement.

Trading
Cards can be traded (card-for-card style) between players using the Cartophilist's Badge. Cards can also be bought and sold normally between players by using the regular item offer feature.

Card sources
Cartophilist's Starter Pack has 10 uses and gives a completely random card for each use. This pack was available in the credit package and from the 2021 wheel of kobe.

Cartophilist's Pack (Collection) has 5 uses and each use grants a random card from a specific collection. These are sold separately in the credit store for 100 credits.

Cards from the Historical Figures collection can be found at black market locales once every 24 hours (use the "Black Market Circular File" found in items & equipment).
