Every Thursday at 9 AM CET the Blind Man travels to a different Black Market to sell his goods. These goods are three different pieces of crew equipment of varying quality every week. The quality of these tools ranges from pleasant to great and the prices range from 5 to 40 marbles for a single tool. Next to this, he also sells Excelsior Tools (perfect quality) at all times for an exorbitant amount of marbles.

🔍 How to find the Blind Man
Because the Blind Man moves to a different city every week, finding him is a collective effort. Once the Blind Man has been found, his location is shared in forum thread 2259946.1. If he has not yet been found, here is how you can help find him:

🕵 Check the Characters Present page of each Black Market in every city. If there are people present and it shows no stealthy people, the Blind Man is not there. This leaves two options:
1️⃣ There are people present and it shows that there are stealthy people as well.
2️⃣ There are no people present as far as you can see.

:spiral_calendar_pad: Check the diaries of The Great Heist characters in the remaining cities (the ones from 1️⃣ and 2️⃣). If they were present in the city at the time the Blind Man arrived, there is a chance they will have the following diary entry:
There was something very familiar about that old man who just bumped into me like he was blind or something.

If you find someone with that diary entry, you have found the location of the Blind Man! Make sure to help others by sharing his location on the forums!
